Coffee and Art at Gray’s Corner Café
Coffee and Art-who would have thought that you can enjoy a good cup of coffee and learn a new hobby and it happens all at once! Variations Creatives Hub organized a Basic Acrylic Painting Workshop. Additionally, they collaborated with Gray’s Corner Café and it served as their venue. Furthermore, the whole session was personally led and guided by Mr. Wiljun “Jay” Magsino.
With the ones who joined the said workshop, all they needed to do was come and unleash their creative juices. Since the inclusions in the said workshop were:
- All painting supplies they will be needing (canvas, acrylic paints, paint brushes),
- An apron,
- And complimentary food and drink of their very own choice.
Plus, the class lasted for about three hours, during that period Mr. Jay Magsino gave the attendees an introduction of the acrylic painting, taught them the basic acrylic painting techniques, and let them create their very own masterpiece.
In addition, the event was open for everyone. All skill levels and ages were very much welcome to join the session. Along with collaborating with others, in this workshop it even became an opportunity for them to make new friends and acquaintances. Moreover, the participants were able to just unwind, have fun, and let their very own creativity flow freely. Lastly, this event can encourage them have a new hobby that they can be able to do once in a while or join another workshop of the Variations.
As a result, this event gave everyone a wholesome experience as they were able to learn about acrylic painting and created their own unique pieces of art. Also, the painting workshop became a way for them to relax, enjoy their coffee, have fun, interact with other people, and learn a new hobby!
